Restoration is needed! Psalm 80:7

Good morning everyone,
I don't know about you but it appears bleak at best for our nation as we know it!  People insist on doing it their own way and they continue to go down a path that is very slippery!  Our debt continues to surmount and it appears there is no recovery.  What hope is there for our children and their children unless we turn away from our wicked ways so that He can restore us?  Psalm 80:7 says, 'Restore us, O God of hosts; let your face shine, that we may be saved!'  Our only hope is to put aside our greed and to seek His face.  We serve either the risen Savior or we serve mammon (wealth regarded as an evil influence or false object of worship and devotion).  Matthew 6:24 and Luke 16:13 both indicate that we can not serve two masters.  Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other.  It is interesting how evident that is when you start to see that tithing is directly connected to your walk with the Lord!  Are we giving to the Lord in all the areas that He expects or we holding back justifying that we have no time and no money?  Tithe not only your finances but also you time and energy!  But I'm too tired!  Wait a minute; who is the one who created you?  Don't you think He is able to create in you a clean heart and a restored heart?  When life implodes in around you, thank Him and see what happens!  We all have the same 24 hours in a day!  How are you going to spend the time that has been allotted to you?  Ask Him to free up time that is irrelevant so that you can use the time in a more pleasing way to the Savior!  May God richly Bless you as you seek His face!
Your brother in Christ,
p
